Buckle machine built-in automatic correction system,  can automatically adjust the position according with tarpaulin movement.
2. Users oly need to enter the product size, automatically adjust the size of the computer operation action, servo motor control of CNC machine tool to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the mainstream. The correction coefficient can largely eliminate the error resilient tarpaulin.
3. The optimal width: effective length of 7 meters.(don’t recommend the use of more than 4 meters machinery to produce less than 2.5 meters prodocuts.)

The joint machine adopts Alto Nicks temperature table imported from South Korean, with solid state relay temperature control, the temperature error torlerance ±2 degree Transmission adopts frequency control, speed stability, low failure rate, energy saving. All parts of steel structure is the largest and most thick materials. The strength of the frame is guaranteed.
